MyDigital Leaders Programme
- 21 July 2026
On 21 July 2026 at Institut Aminuddin Baki, Nilai, we concluded our final workshop with over 120 dedicated school leaders. The hands-on session solidified core digital leadership skills, giving educators instant clarity and confidence to build modern classrooms. While the sessions have wrapped up, these empowered leaders are now set to drive lasting educational change.

Building essential digital literacy skills, 30 Central Region school leaders participated in the MyDigital Leaders Programme’s IQRA Workshop on 27 April 2026 at Institut Aminuddin Baki, Nilai. The Human Life Innovation Hub guided educators on leveraging digital tools to improve student reading aptitude.

Bringing together 230 principals and headmasters from Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya, and Selangor, the 4th MyDigital Leaders session at Institut Aminuddin Baki focused on advancing digital leadership and innovation. The event provided a platform to showcase the IQRA Programme, highlighting how digital tools and reading initiatives work together to build future-ready, literate classrooms across the Central Zone.
Microsoft Innovative Educator Experts MIEE 2nd Webinar Session
Connecting online for the 2nd MIEE Webinar session, over 30 passionate teachers from four FELDA Kahang Cluster schools advanced their journey toward Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert recognition. The continuous series equips educators with essential digital leadership skills to transform modern classrooms ahead of the mid-2026 nomination period.
IQRA Workshop @ Raintree Clubhouse - 14th July 2025
In the true spirit of the IQRA Programme, visionary educators Puan Khairah Binti Duru Laman and Puan Hazlina Binti Aripin partnered with Human Life to organize a dedicated Digital Literacy Workshop. Driven by peer-to-peer collaboration, the initiative empowered teachers with the practical tools, skills, and confidence needed to build tech-driven, future-ready classrooms.

Microsoft Innovative Educator Experts MIEE 4Th Webinar Session
Advancing digital leadership, the 4th MIEE Webinar session hosted 30 educators from the FELDA Kahang Cluster on 23 October 2025 via Microsoft Teams. Guided by tech partner Dr. Azma, the session provided hands-on guidance to prepare teachers for Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert recognition.

Momentum continued at Institut Aminuddin Baki, Enstek as 130 Malacca principals and headmasters joined the 3rd Digital Leadership Best Practices session. Delivered in collaboration with Dr. Azma Abd Hamid and dedicated university volunteers, the event empowered educators with the tools needed to lead tech-driven school transformation.
IQRA Workshop @ SKSA - 18th Aug 2025
Educators from seven neighboring schools gathered at SK Shah Alam on 18 August 2025 for a high-energy IQRA Workshop focused on digital literacy. Supported by 25 UNIKL UBis student volunteers and introduced through Institut Aminuddin Baki, the collaborative event highlighted community-driven transformation, including SKSA’s impressive revival of an abandoned storeroom into a modern digital lab.
Introduction of IQRA Programme - 16th June 2025
Introducing the Human Life Innovation Hub model, HLAF representatives met with school leaders across the FELDA Kahang cluster in Kluang, Johor on 16 June 2025. Led by CEO Madam Melati Hassan and tech partner Dr. Azma Abd Hamid, the engagement introduced values-based education, student well-being, and SDG-aligned eco-enterprises via the IQRA Programme to build future-ready rural schools.

Addressing 140 southern zone school principals on 15 April 2025, Human Life presented digital leadership best practices at Institut Aminuddin Baki’s MyDigital Leaders event. Supported by key IAB leadership, the session demonstrated how integrating AI within Microsoft Teams via the DELIMa platform boosts student reading proficiency and enhances classroom engagement.
