Negeri Sembilan Pilot Project Dec 2025 - Apr 2026

NEGERI SEMBILAN — In a powerful effort to cultivate environmental consciousness from the ground up, the SustainEDU Junior pilot project is delivering remarkable results across the state. Designed specifically for early childhood education, the ongoing workshop and initiative have successfully engaged 98 participants across 50 kindergartens, embedding vital green habits in young learners.
The results of this junior pilot project speak for themselves:
• 100% food waste awareness achieved among the participating children.
• 91% of young students mastered composting concepts, turning theory into practical skills.
• 93% of educators seamlessly integrated the sustainability curriculum into their daily kindergarten routines.
Beyond environmental metrics, the hands-on project has provided holistic developmental benefits for the children, including improved motor skills and enhanced stress recovery. Furthermore, the initiative has successfully driven a reduction in chemical fertilizer usage across the participating schools, proving that even the youngest generation can pave the way for a healthier, zero-waste future.
